Well, I've been out on a binge for a little while now. Acting dumb and reverting back to my old ways put me back where I always end up... wishing I didn't do the things I did! I haven't been keeping up with the work I said I was gonna do and I haven't progressed at all. I feel ashamed of myself but I also feel like I am growing up a little more. I am not going to put myself through the stupidity anymore.
A strange thing happened to me today. I realized something that is obvious once stated but was just never brought to my attention before. As I was growing up my family prosperity and disparage followed the national economy pretty well. I realized that we were just part of the system. I decided that I don't want to continue down that path anymore. It makes sense but I know what the picture looks like and I don't want to be part of it anymore. I refuse to live as a victim of circumstance.
I will never raise a family that is dependant upon how the economy is doing. I will always have a source of income, always have a back-up plan. I am an investor, and an entrepreneur. I have so much information stored in my brain that it is ridiculous that I am not yet filthy rich. I know what to do but I don't do it. Now is the perfect time to change that!
Discipline is the biggest obstacle that I must overcome. I very much dislike schedules. I don't want to be a slave to my work and lifestyle. That is the main reason why I am doing the work online that I do. Another obstacle that I must overcome is my flakiness. I don't know how else to describe the way I am except that I get all gung ho about the next big thing that I find online that I believe is going to make me an overnight success and when a couple of days go by with unspectacular results I abandon it and move on to the next big thing.
Sometimes it is for the right reasons and other times it is because I have no patience and sometimes it is just plain laziness. I have some very powerful software, and tons of helpful information guides. Keyword Elite, SEO Elite, and Affiliate Elite are all awesome, but they take time to use, and understand. I am using KE to run a small email list but I am not profiting from it. I don't want to bombard my subscribers with tons of email solicitations like I get daily and I don't want them to think that I only want them on my list to sell them products. I do want to be able to offer valuable products to them in a reasonable, respectable manner.
I just recently picked up Affiliate Elite and I can see some potential in it. I also have a subscription to iContent robot which also has some possible uses. I haven't used either one enough yet to get any results worth mentioning but I also haven't been using them with enough discipline or direction to get any results.
So, I am back to square one, focus on one thing, get good at it and then expand from there. Since I have so many items on my plate right now I have some tough decisions to make. I can't eat it all right now but it all looks so good. I have to decide soon what path I am going to take.

Another New PLan
Today I checked out my sites and I found that they are being indexed by Google. That is due greatly in part to my work with IContentRobot & Keyword Elite. I have been using SEO Elite too. I have been creating articles and posting them to the directories in SEO Elite. I have been using Keyword Elite to find keywords that are not too competitive. And, I have been using IContentRobot to generate content for articles and webpages. I have been using a text editor to search and replace certain keywords in my articles to make them new pages for my website.
I just created a new plan for my internet marketing business:

- Create one website and market it through article marketing campaigns every week, and add at least ten pages to the site per week.
- In week 2 I will do the same as week 1 on a new website and I will add 5 more webpages to week 1's website.
- Week 3 will follow week 2's plan except I won't be working on week 1's site anymore.
- Week 4 will continue the pattern plus I will evaluate site 1 and see if it is worth continued effort. If so, I will add more income streams to it as I see fit.
- Week 5 will continue the pattern from week 4... and so on until I have myself a good enough income stream to quit my job!
If anyone else has had any success with any of these tools I've mentioned above please leave a comment, even if you have only succeeded at wasting money please let it be known!

Lost One Of My Tools
I was getting free PLR articles delivered to my email box daily but I haven's been getting them for the last few days. If you know of a good source for PLR content please leave a link in the comments section. I will set up this blog to display a few comments so that your link can be displayed on this site for a little while. I will also look up some sources for PLR content and I will post my findings under comments also. Maybe I will use some of the content I already have, set it up as a website and sell the package.
I would do that but I haven't made money using the techniques that are suggested when using PLR content so I can't morally sell a product that I am not sure works. The product I suggest are the ones that have done a good job convincing me that I need them. I admit I fall prey to killer ads all the time. Maybe that's why I never make money as a reseller, I don't fully beleive in what I'm selling. I am beginning to get something going here with this blog.
When I do use a product or service that I like I will be reporting where I got the information and how well it is working for me. So, right now I am promoting strongly Keyword Elite and IContentRobot because I am, using them both alot. I am reporting the results of my AdSense income due to the use I've put on these products. I am also using other products that I don't know my affiliate links for but when I do I will publish it all on one site. It will be another one of my free downloads.
I am trying to build multiple streams of income and to do so I need to keep feeding the pipeline. I read a little story today about how starting new things constantly keeps you down. I know that happens to me all the time. So right now I am practicing extensively one method. That is to generate AdSense income. I use content generating software to give me content for my websites and for articles that I submit to article directories. I am beginning to see small, I mean really small, amounts of traffic trickle in to my sites from the articles I've submitted. I haven't yet seen any traffic coming from the search engines. I am concentrating on one site now. I want to generate traffic to it because it has given me good size earnings. more than $1 per click. The only problem is that it only gets displayed a couple of times a day. I need to devise more long tail keyword optimized webpages that I can get #1 search engine rankings for. I have begun research in the niche for keywords that fit the bill but I haven't noticed anything yet.
I haven't had enough time to get those pages indexed yet but I will report back when I have a #1 search engine ranking and I will tell you the phrase I rank for so you can see for yourself what I can do. For now, I am also generating articles and postijng them to multiple directories. These articles are linked to my more general or more competitive keywords but are linked to every other page in my site. This way, I plan that the search engines will visit my site from the high page ranked article sites and go through all of my sites links. Once it does that and indexes all of my webpages it will find the articles on the long tail keywords and list me in the search engine results when some one does a search for that term.
I find a lot of keywords on keyword elite that have searches performed on them but do not have any results. I generate content for those terms so that I can get into the search engine listings for those terms. Many of them only average 50 - 60 searches a month. I figure that 10 of those terms with number one rankings could get me 500 visitors every month. At a 25% CTR that is 125 clicks. If I only get 5 cents per click I still get $5.25. The key will then be to get more and more of these sites. Well, enough talking about it time to get to doing more of it.
Oh yeah, yesterday, 2 clicks earned me more than $1. That would make my earnings go way up if I had a CTR of 25%! Today though, as of right now I've made 6 cents. Not too good. I am still hoping that I can get more articles out there and published. I think that concentrating more on publishing and adding webpages I will increase my odds of making money! See Ya Later!

No More Money Coming In?!!
I am not getting any clicks on my adsense ads! I made 4 cents yesterday and nothing so far today. I wish I were telling you that all this hard work is paying off, but it isn't. I guess I need to submit more articles and keep on creating content. I am getting restless waiting for something to happen with my websites. I am happy that I am finally getting more favorable results from my efforts more often but I am not happy with today's results.
I keep spending time checking to see if anything new has come up with my traffic stats and if anyone has clicked any of my AdSense ads. I keep checking as if something magical is going to happen in the three minutes since the last time I checked my stats. It is kind of like gambling, you press a button and see if it is going to show you that you've finally hit the jackpot, and just like gambling you usually end up wasting your time!
I know that this is different since I am not risking any more money each time I press the buttons but I am still wasting my time. I need to focus on certain tasks at certain times so that I can advance my business. I need to set up a time of day that I can check stats. I also need to realize that most of the stats reported can be found in one place, my cpanel. So, I'll spend no more than 1/2 an hour on my stats, at least for right now. I will keep making more webpages on keyword phrases that are low competition and keep submitting articles to the directories until I start seeing an income from AdSense. When I begin earning $5/day with a site I will start paying more attention to it. I will try to monetize it more.
For now I will make my main goal to be getting one site to earn $5 for 2 days in a row. That is it. Once I hit that goal I will make another more challenging goal. I will give myself 30 days to achieve this goal.
I found a website today that seemed interesting. I am trying to decide if I should start promoting it right now or wait until I achieve my goal and then start on it. I think I'll send a link to it with my keyword lists. I will just mention it the way I talked about right now. I need to get some sleep now.
