Learning More And More...

Yesterday was my best AdSense day so far. It was also a day of learning. I earned $0.95 from 3 clicks and I have no idea where 2 of them came from. So I learned the lesson of ad tracking. I have ad tracking on almost all of my sites but I cannot figure out where those clicks came from. I have been working like crazy on my article marketing methods lately. I did mess up real bad though. I have been using ezinearticles.com for my submissions. I didn't read all of their policies. I violated one of their terms of service. I am not allowed to use the site for who knows how long. Bad idea! They have been getting me traffic. I am really liking this idea of article marketing. I like it so much that I started my own site up for article marketing.

I am also using other article directories for submitting articles for affiliate products. I have received tons of PLR articles from give aways and stuff on the Internet. I read a few of them and they are terrible. There are tons of spelling mistakes and grammar errors. So, I took an article, found what it was about, and did a search for a keyword from it on ClickBank. When I found a product I thought would be saleable I rewrote the PLR article and submitted it to a couple of directories. On each one I have a resource box that I can put my name and affiliate link into. Now it is just a waiting game.

Looking back in review, I have a website where people can submit articles, which gives me free content for my AdSense, and they can also use these articles for content on their own website. I have also been writing my own articles that give me free advertising space for my affiliate links. Since I just started using this method for affiliate marketing yesterday I don't have any success stories for you yet. I am going to continue using these techniques for now, at least I have more data to back up a better decision. It seems like things are starting to come together for me. Now I just need to get the ball rolling a little faster.
