I have been struggling for quite some time now with getting an income from affiliate marketing. I have tried using google adwords to drive traffic to my sites and affiliate links. I have spent way too much money doing this. I don't know exactly what I am doing wrong but I can't seem to get anyone who visits my sites or links to make a purchase. I am feeling a little depressed about what is happening with my online ventures but I am not giving up. I have a ton of information I have been going through and have been learning more and more techniques to generate online income.
I am working on a new project to create income with adsense. I am also working on an informational product that will show people how to make money online. I am also working on creating an email list. As you can see I am having trouble focusing my efforts. I must decide on one specific task at a time. My new goal is to make a schedule. In it I will outline how much time I am going to spend on a specific project and what I plan to accomplish on the project.
I have a website set up right now that I am not doing enough with. I am going to turn it into a place that visitors can sign up for a newsletter and free informational products. As I develop it I will also sell some products of my own. I Did It!
I finally got a website up and running. It is called http://www.OfficialStop-Smoking-Now.com and it works. It is a site that utilizes adsense to generate profits. I had trouble getting it up because I was in a hurry. I got so frustrated with it at first because I didn't read all of the instructions and couldn't figure out how to get the graphics on it. Then, I read a little more from this site called HyperVRE and learned how to get the graphics where I wanted them. This site has all sorts of free resources to help you get going with making money from adsense. The reason I have an affiliate link is because they do try and up sell their products and if you buy after clicking on http://www.hypervre.com/?affiliate=82776 , I make money. However, there is plenty of free information and plenty of free tools available to help you get started.
Although I haven't started profiting yet from my website I feel good and excited about it. It looks professional and it is optimized for the search engines. It took me a long time to get it set up but now that I understand the process I can do it again and again much more quickly. They also give you an ebook with all sorts of information about adsense in it. I am going to put it on http://www.internetfortunepackage.com in a couple of days so that you can download it. I just have to figure out how to do it. When I do I will update this blog. I can't wait to get back to work on this. Too bad I have school tomorrow. This Is Tough
Boy am I sure having a tough time with this whole making money online thing. I have bought many programs that show me how to make money with the Internet and they all sound so good. None of them have netted me any money. Some of them have paid me back a few dollars but I have not yet uncovered that secret to automatic profits. I have a few of my own websites out there right now that I am trying to earn money from but I don't know how to get it up and running.
I am finding out the hard way, just like all of those marketers out there who claim that they were just like me, that you have to spend money and be in utter dismay before anything good happens to you. I wish I could have found, right off the bat, the program that you write your name on the dotted line, pay your fifty bucks, and start making outrageous fortunes within the next ten minutes. Unfortunately all of the programs out there just make huge claims and promises then deliver you tons of confusing information coupled with more offers of incredulity that rack up your costs more than anything.
I am reading over and over again about advertising other people's products and getting paid for it. I am finding out the hard way that advertising products from clickbank on Google's AdWords is more costly than profitable and I don't yet understand why. I think that if you are advertising someone Else's product on AdWords and you don't have some sort of sophisticated link cloaking device (sounds like Star Trek geek talk) then a person right away realizes that they can sign up for clickbank and get the product from their own affiliate link and save all of the commissions that would have originally gone to you.
Then there is software out there that allows you to create your own ebook or what they call PLR, Private Label Rights, where someone writes an ebook and allows so many people to put their name on it as if it is their own or use it in pieces to place on their website. All of this stuff is so complex and hard to focus on.
I have been looking into AdSense. You create a website and place code on it that allows Google to put up ads that sell to the same audience that your site is selling to. Every time someone clicks on an ad from your sites AdSense display you get paid for it. My latest purchase is from a site that claims to do research on what types of things are selling along with all of the proper research that goes along with creating a site that will rank high in the search engines to help you create a site with AdSense on it so you can profit highly from it. I just got into it today so I can't give you too many details as to the validity of the claims but I can say that they do have a very compelling argument as to why this works. They also have plenty of logical success stories. I am determined to study this AdSense niche and make a profit. If you are curious go to http://www.hypervre.com/?affiliate=82776 and check it out. I have been taking surveys lately and receiving paid emails but I haven't found it to be highly lucrative yet. I am noticing a trend that you have to get others to do what you are doing in order to profit. I don't yet know how to do that effectively. I am working on it daily but I haven't cracked the code yet.
