Adwords Has Me A Little Confused

I have been writing ads and placing them on adwords. I haven't made a sale yet from any of my campaigns. I am learning so much from material I have purchased but I am not getting the results that I want. I purchased an informational product called Adwords Killer and started reading it and implementing some of the strategies. I haven't finished it yet but I am finding out more about using adwords and I am also getting more confused.

I am using adwords to promote my website http://www.internetfortunepackage.com and am not getting the results that I believed I should be getting. I went into the keywords area and got an estimate on the traffic, cost per click, ad position, and number of clicks per day I should be getting. Since starting the campaign about 8 hours ago I am no where near where I was led to believe I should be. My ads are being shown at positions that are so far away from the estimates that I feel like I may not have been reading right when I set up the campaign. I am not sure how to fix this problem but I will read on from Adwords Killer and report back any changes in my sccess rate.

Affiliate marketing

I have found this website designed for affiliate marketers. It is called paydotcom.com Go to http://paydotcom.net/?affiliate=163061 to sign-up for free. There are tons of products there you can promote and earn a commission from. This is a popular method of earning an income online. Many newbies start out this way and some of the pros still use this method to generate tons of cash. The great part is you don't need a website to promote these products. You can use a blog, like I am doing, or use a site like google's adwords pay per click. Getting Traffic

Well, I have spent quite a bit of money lately. I've bought a few programs, paid for targeted emails, and done some pay-per-click ad marketing campaigns. The ppc has driven quite a bit of traffic to my site and the targeted emails have had a pretty good turnout. However, I am still having trouble getting sales. This blog is a means for me to talk about what I learn and tell you what I am trying to accomplish. It is also a place to let you know how applying what I learn turns out.

I recently joined a program, http://www.internetfortunepackage.com which sets you up with a website that reviews marketing programs and online businesses that allow you to make money from home. I have been driving traffic to the site and getting people to join my mailing list. I am not sure how to effectively use my auto-responder yet but I have a list of about 15 people whom I can send emails to. I would like to send them emails about how good I am doing as an online marketer and which programs have helped me the most but right now, one week into the http://internetfortunepackage.com, I am getting a little bit worried that all of my efforts are not going to pay off.

I do use the list to market other products that have given me information about how to get where I am today like AutoPilotProfits found at gilbsy76.autopilotp.hop.clickbank.net that gives all kinds of information about getting started as an online marketer. Again I feel like I am not achieving what I feel I should be. One thing I notice is that I am making some progress. It is costing me money and has yet to payoff. Since I buy things from these people, I believe that there must be others who do too, and therefore, as I increase my knowledge and share it with people I should be able to achieve the level of success that they are achieving.

New Things

I am still at it. I went out yesterday and bought a few supplies for my real estate business. I also, since the last post, started a few new websites. In the works is http://www.gandmreigroup.com/ which is a website where I share my knowledge about investing in real estate. Right now all I have done is create a page that collects the names and emails of people who visit the site. I haven't figured out how to do much more than that yet. However, I also created a website called http://www.internetfortunepackage.com With this site I review different informational packages that teach about making money from home. I have been spending more time with this site because it is easier to understand and edit. I also see more immediate potential with this site. It teaches you how to use different marketing ideas to generate income. It also helps you set up your own site, get traffic to it and earn money. I am excited about this one. I have been spending hours and hours online reading about money making ideas and techniques and I have begun to not only understand what to do but how to do it. I will be updating this blog more often with posts concerning real estate investment ideas and methods along with website cash generating ideas.
